Notice regarding the appointment of Mr. Taku Yamazaki as advisor

JTOWER Inc. announces the appointment of Mr. Taku Yamazaki, corporate executive of NEC Corporation, as our advisor on May 1, 2024.

Mr. Yamazaki has held a number of key positions not only in the wireless networking field but also as the management at NTT DOCOMO, Inc. He has extensive knowledge of management and technical aspects in the telecommunications business and has a great network in the telecommunications industry.
For these reasons, we appointed him as our advisor, believing that he would provide wide-range of advice on further promoting Infra-Sharing and the enhancement of corporate.
