To accelerate our medium- to long-term growth, we decided to strengthen our management foundation by partnering DigitalBridge Group, a leading global digital infrastructure investment company based in the United States. As a result, our shares were delisted from the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market on January 7.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to our shareholders and all our stakeholders for your continued understanding and support over the years. We are committed to further enhancing corporate value and kindly ask for your ongoing understanding and support.

Even after delisting, there will be no changes to the current management structure, and we will continue to provide stable services. Additionally, by leveraging DigitalBridge’s global industry insights and network, we aim to further enhance and innovate our services to better serve all our customers, including mobile network operators.

We will continue to maintain close communication with supervisory authorities, such as the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, as well as with mobile network operators and other telecommunications companies, and further strengthen our collaboration to protect Japan's communication infrastructure and contribute to the growth of the industry.

Last year, we celebrated the 10th anniversary of our service. Over the past 10 years, we have been able to continue providing services thanks to the support of many, including the real estate developers who adopted our services, the mobile network operators using them, and the partner companies supporting operations.

We extend our deepest gratitude to everyone who believed in and supported Infra-Sharing. The year 2025 will mark a new beginning for JTOWER. We will continue to engage sincerely with Infra-Sharing business and strive to create new value.
